Following secondary school in Melbourne, Lee studied Art at RMIT, majoring in Gold and Silversmithing. Learning new and improving skills have been ongoing throughout her life. “Design has fascinated me throughout my life in the jewellery industry and now composition in painting seems to dominate my interest and my time. I like to paint soft realities. I look for beauty in the world around me. I try to express the magnificence of a pleasing design in my compositions and look for interesting abstract shapes. I like to express a very fine eye for detail while still retaining a natural softness.”
Lee now resides on a beautiful farm on the Victorian side of Lake Hume.
